We want you to love your signature scent, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unopened and lightly tested fragrances. If a scent isn't the perfect match for your skin chemistry, we are happy to facilitate a return or an exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the fragrance in its original artisan packaging to ensure the glass bottle is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
